Everything by King tubby- (the uppsetters's keyboard man) Tubby began to take the latest Rocksteady hits and create new versions of them by "dropping the vocal track, boosting parts of the instrumental track, and add(ing) subtles effects like echo or delay to the instruments he had isolated",writes John Dougan. Without knowing it, Tubs had stumbled upon a whole new era for Reggae: he had invented DUB.

This is the only dub album that captures the feeling of the early dub masters while sounding completely new and original.Dub reggae with crystal clear sound. The first novo_dub album that blew my mind off instantly when i played it!

09. Sub Dub!!This is a fine example of brit-dub, with extra delicious bass. Sub Dub has been around the dub-recording scene long enough to have the formula down. Not a clone ofof anyone else's dub, either. Not for the absolute purist, but for those who like a bit of hybrid style. More varied than some dub records, but still plenty of dubbiness to be found!
